POLICIES

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of service total is required to schedule your appointment.

This will come off the total price of your service.

You may reschedule one time.

I require a minimum of 72 hour notice to retain your booking fee.

If you cancel or need to reschedule your second appointment, a second booking fee will be required before another appointment can be set.

Cancellations within 72 hours prior to appointment will result in forfeit of booking fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeit of booking fee and remainder of service total will be charged.

If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without a notification, your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited.

If you are a no call / no show you will forfeit your booking fee and the remainder of service total will be charged.

Please note, your artist has the right to reschedule your appointment at any time for any reason.

GUEST + WAIVER

I ask that our clients please do not bring any guests with them to their appointment, but, if needed, you may bring one guest for support.

Guests will be asked to wait in the waiting area to avoid getting in the artist's way.

For safety and liability purposes, please leave small children at home.

Children and those under the age of 18 are not allowed into the tattoo studio.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, I kindly ask that all clients complete their waiver forms 48-72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This allows me to review the information in advance and address any potential concerns.

**Please note:**

- The waiver forms can be accessed through the specialized link attached to your message sent after scheduling your appointment.

- Completing the forms ahead of time helps me provide the best possible service and minimizes delays.

- If the waiver forms are not completed within the specified timeframe, your appointment may be subject to rescheduling.
